Leather Furniture Center wants to make your purchasing experience with us as pleasurable as possible. If you are unhappy or not 100% satisfied with your purchase please read our return policy below.
All Flexsteel furniture is hand crafted and ordered at the time it is placed. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the order is placed as we cannot cancel these from the manufacturer. In the rare event you receive the wrong item or the item arrives damaged, we will at our discretion provide a replacement, refund, or home repair assistance at no additional cost to you.
For furniture items that are not damaged
Returned items must be received back within 2 weeks of issuing the return authorization
Items must be in unused and free from damage, animal hair, or any stains.
Items must be returned with original packaging or equivalent packed by professional company.
If return is authorized, our freight company will schedule a pickup date and time with you. These insured shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount of credit you receive from your order.
We do not charge restocking fees on our orders of the actual items themselves. If your order originally had Free Shipping, an amount of our actual delivery cost to you will be deduceted from the refund amount. Free Shipping is offered on basis of you keeping the furniture.
Items that are not permitted for return/refund
Items that are stained, used, or damaged
Items that are returned C.O.D. or freight collect
Items cannot be returned for full refund if customer refuses to have furniture repaired or replaced.
Items that are not returned in original packaging or professionally packaged equivalent.
Custom order items such as custom colors or pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Shipping delays are sometimes unexpected and out of our control and can cause delays on the delivery of your furniture. Your furniture order cannot be cancelled or refunded once made/shipped from Flexsteel.
If return is due to material or color issue when consumer did not ask to be sent a swatch sample before ordering. Computer monitors can display colors differently per computer so we do recommend sending you leather samples if you have not seen this color locally
Please note: Leather will have slight variations and striations which is not a flaw in the leather but a natural effect of leather.

Leather Furniture Center / SFR Shops reserves the right to attempt to repair or replace manufacturing defects and freight damage at our discretion. Since all of our furniture is shipped with full shipping insurance, if the piece is damaged we reserve the right to replace or repair the piece. If you do not desire a replacement or repair, you may return it using our No Hassles return policy.
In the event of litigation this must be filed at the origin location of where your order took place in Palm Beach County, Florida. You will be responsible for all legal fees.
After 30 days, Flexsteel's warranty takes over on the different furniture pieces you have ordered.

We accept Visa/American Express/Discover/MasterCard as well as Google Checkout. If you are local, please stop in and feel free to pick up items that are in stock. Checks and money orders are accepted but please note this will take additional time for your order to process. Your purchase will be charged half up front as a deposit and then half once your furniture pieces are in shipment.

Our Flexsteel furniture pieces are shipped White Glove delivery which means they are on professional furniture trucks to minimize delivery problems and maximize your customer experience.
With our shipping you have different options that are available to you to make the delivery of your sofa as pleasurable as possible. Please contact us for your special needs and we will do our best to work out something to make this a perfect delivery for your needs.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery on Flexsteel items ranges based on where it will be delivered. Typically delivery takes between 4-8 weeks.
How does delivery take place?
You will receive a call from our home delivery company. They will schedule a delivery time and date with you when your furniture will be delivered.
Where do you currently offer shipping?
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. (Please call us for special exception)
Will I know about delivery dates after I order?
You will receive your furniture within 4-8 weeks of ordering. You will receive emails along the way to let you know the status of your furniture.
Once your furniture has shipped to you our shipping company will notify you by email and phone of your delivery dates and time window.
Please note we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. You are responsible for making sure the furniture will fit in your home. A threshold delivery is to the first inside of your home including garage or basement area. In the rare event that we do promise a delivery date, it will be noted on your invoice from us. If you do not have an invoice with a typed delivery date, you do not have a guaranteed delivery date and cancellations for that reason will have a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
