About Our Shipping
All items that are shipped with our company are shipped with shipping insurance. This means in the rare event there is damage during your shipment you will not be responsible. When your furniture is ready to be shipped to you, an email will be sent to you with all of the shipping details. You will have advance notice of when your furniture will arrive to your home. Furniture by default with our bronze white glove delivery is brought to the inside threshold of your home. White Glove Gold is available in which the drivers would bring the furniture into the room of your choice and remove all of the packaging materials from your home. Any additional services you may need may incur additional fees. Please ask us anytime at 800-381-9006. Our Free Shipping offer is not offered in Alaska or Canada.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery on Flexsteel items ranges based on where it will be delivered. Typically delivery takes between 4-6 weeks. Please call for a better example on delivery time for the pieces needed.
How does it get delivered?
White glove delivery consists of two people so you do not have to have someone there to help you bring the furniture from the back of the truck to your home. Depending on the level of white glove delivery you select different options are available. Anything from moving your out furniture to a different area, multiple flights of stairs, or other special circumstances.
What are the different levels of White Glove Delivery?
You have a choice of four levels of delivery service, each consisting of a trained two-person team and a four hour delivery window. As with all of our staff, our delivery personnel are service-minded professionals who will treat you and your order with respect and have been trained to handle all large consumer durable products and handle any unique circumstance.
White Glove Bronze (Standard):
Our standard white glove delivery that comes with any of our Flexsteel products. Provides a 2 man delivery to the inside threshold of your home or delivery address. The Flexsteel products will be kept in their original packaging.
White Glove Gold Delivery: (Only $99 to Upgrade)
Gold Delivery includes all the services offered in our Silver Delivery option plus unpacking and basic set-up. Additionally, our team will remove any boxes or debris from the residence. For example: This service is the delivery of your Flexsteel Furniture to the room of your choice, removing all the packaging and screwing the legs in, so that when the delivery team leaves, the product is in the exact condition and location that the you want.
What happens in the unlikely event damaged items arrive to you?
All items are shipped insured. In the rare event your furniture is damaged during shipment you will not be responsible. This means in the rare event there is damage during your shipment you will not be responsible.
When the furniture arrives, be sure to inspect it before you sign for it. This is especially true if you notice any damage to the packaging.
With the shipping company still there give us a call at 800-381-9006 so we can help determine if the damaged piece should be kept with you or sent back. Please do not make this choice without talking to us.
Leather Furniture Center / SFR Shops reserves the right to attempt to repair or replace manufacturing defects and freight damage at our discretion. Since all of our furniture is shipped with full shipping insurance, if the piece is damaged we reserve the right to replace or repair the piece. If you do not desire a replacement or repair, you may return it using our No Hassles return policy.
Do you guarantee an exact delivery date?
Our shipping takes approximately 4-8 weeks. You will be notified ahead of time when your furniture will arrive. In the rare event that we do promise a delivery date, it will be noted on your invoice from us. If you do not have an invoice with a typed delivery date, you do not have a guaranteed delivery date and cancellations for that reason will have a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
